No membership fee is required to participate in programs. – Forever…in motion is a physical activity program, supported by the Saskatoon Health Region, for adults ages 50+.Mount Royal Community Association welcomes people from all communities. Come for a great work-out with modifications provided as needed, as well as an opportunity to socialize & meet others in your community.

We have some funds available to assist Mount Royal residents in joining a class. Or play card games or board games (we’ll have some games available but feel free to bring your favorite game too). Must be registered by Oct 10th (advance registration is required so that we have enough time to purchase supplies). Colin will share his passion for photographing the night sky, composition tips, camera equipment suggestions, etc…

Colin’s photos have been featured on the news & his photo was selected to be in the 2016 SGI Calendar.

We will also learn how to reduce sugar intake & look at some alternative choices.September 22nd from - pm – at Howard Coad School library —PACT—Partnership Against Cessation of Tobacco: This program offered by Sobeys is a pharmacist provided tobacco cessation program which offers support for tobacco users who want to quit, may be thinking of quitting or who have already quit & need support.The session will cover education, tools, strategies & tips for quitting.September 29th from - pm – at Sobeys extra store in Stonebridge (Community Room) —TIPS & TRICKS FOR BOOSTING YOUR HEART HEALTH: Everyone can benefit from these tips & tricks to have better heart health.Whether you already have a heart condition or want to prevent one, this class is for you!—LABEL READING 101: Learn how to navigate the grocery aisles & choose better foods for you and your family.
